 Red Thread II


Red Thread Piping

RED THREADŽ II piping is an unlined, filament wound product ideal for light chemical services in salts, solvents and pH 2-13 solutions that corrode traditional metal pipe. It has been used extensively with great success for petroleum production applications such as saltwater handling, CO2, crude oil and gas, food processing services, water and wastewater facilities, HVAC,and chemical processing services. The T.A.B. (Threaded and Bonded) joint offers quick installation for long piping runs.


Size Range: 2" - 24"
Temperature Range: Up to 210 degF / 100 degC
Pressure Rating: 300 psig
Construction: Filament wound with aromatic amine cured epoxy resin and fiberglass roving.
Joint Types: T.A.B. (Threaded and Bonded) or Bell and Spigot
Chemical Service: Saltwater, CO2, crude oil, natural gas, light chemical: salts, solvents and pH 2-13 solutions

 Red Thread II - Performance Plus


Red Thread II Piping

RED THREADŽ II Performance Plus piping is a filament wound product constructed of fiberglass and aromatic amine cured epoxy resin. Manufactured in compliance with API Spec 15LR, the piping system offers pressure ratings up to 450 psig. It has been used extensively with great success for petroleum production applications such as saltwater handling, CO2 and crude oil and gas.


Size Range: 8" - 16"
Temperature Range: Up to 210 degF / 100 degC
Pressure Rating: 450 psig
Construction: Filament wound with aromatic amine cured epoxy resin and fiberglass roving.
Joint Types: Bell and Spigot
Chemical Service: Saltwater, CO2, crude oil, natural gas, light chemical: salts, solvents and pH 2-13 solutions

 Green Thread


Green Thread Piping

GREEN THREAD filament wound piping offers excellent chemical resistance to dilute acids and caustics. The bell and spigot connection offers quick installation.

Temperature Range: Up to 225 degF / 107.2 degC
Pressure Rating: 300 psig
Construction: Filament wound with aromatic amine cured epoxy resin and fiberglass roving.

 Anhydride Line Pipe


Anhydride Line Pipe

These products are used to transport highly corrosive fluids primarily found in enhanced oil recovery activities. In these applications, high pressure FRP injection lines carry station to injection wells. Additionally, line pipe is also used in lower to medium pressure gas and oil flow lines where corrosive fluids are encountered.


Size Range: 1 1/2" - 8"
Temperature Range: Up to 150 degF / 65.5 degC
Pressure Rating: up to 2750 psig
Construction: Anhydride Cured Epoxy with Premium Fiberglass Reinforcement.
Joint Types: API 8rd Advanced Composite Thread (ACT)
Chemical Service: Flow or injection lines, transfer or disposal lines for Oil, Gas, Saltwater, CO2 and H2S

 Aromatic Amine Line Pipe


Aromatic Amine Line Pipe

These products are used to transport highly corrosive fluids primarily found in enhanced oil recovery activities.
